adkgdw@r.postjobfree.com · https://www.linkedin.com/in/saveshen-pather-453884132 I can sum myself up with one word and that is also my strongest character strength, being a witty individual. With that I can develop good relationships with people by positively affecting my communication with them. This strength makes working in a team more efficient and productive. In the working world, it can really be unpredictable and even wild at times and so I’ve adopted a mindset, that is “to survive you need to improvise, overcome and adapt”, this is concept has helped me overcome a lot of physical, mental and spiritual hardship I’ve faced in my life, which has made me push myself to be hardworking, determined and resilient.

SKILLS

• Observant- able to pick up on errors and address them immediately.

• Excellent communicator-my engagement skills with individuals is fairly good, I am able to gauge a person’s response well and if there any interpersonal issues, I tend to tackle them head on.

• Leadership- As a member of a pharmacy society at Rhodes University, I coordinated many successful events for our society members.

• Work well under pressure- on many occasions I’ve been left on my own to run the pharmacy, managing both patients, staff, orders and emergencies, to which I responded to calmly and efficient.

• Innovative-able to bring in new ideas to a working environment.

• Adaptable to stressful situations-Able to learn things quickly to help figure out a problem, which makes me flexible individual.

• Good interpersonal skills- when I’m in a new setting or environment, it doesn’t take me long to establish a rapport.

2009-2013

HIGH SCHOOL, STANGER MANOR SECONDARY
