Administrative Duties • Adhere to company rental
procedures and policies according to the Operations Manual
• Check overnight terms, overdue vehicles and
duplicated reservations whilst updating the computer system with the movement of vehicles
• Finalize void/no show rental agreements from the previous day
• Open and cost rental agreements on the computer
system and where applicable adjust original
authorization taken
• Send costed rental agreements to the depot regularly for batch filing
• Keep a check on “problem” rental agreements and
finalize as soon as possible
• Update petrol quantities on the computer system and complete the daily petrol sheets
• Verify and attach faxed vouchers to the rental
agreement or where required request vouchers
• Capture vehicle in from rental details on the computer system
• Ensure that traffic fines received are allocated to the correct account
• Obtain authorization on credit card rentals, timorously
• File future rental agreements and vouchers correctly and prepare contract envelopes
• Receipt and Refund monies from customers as and
when required
