Scalable Recyclable Unit (SRU) – New type of ATM. Scooping stage.
Unified Portrait Camera – Default camera for all ATM product line. Creates brackets (sheet metal) and PCBA outline using CREO 4.
22e Portrait Camera – Cost Reduced camera design. Creates brackets (sheet metal) and PCBA outline using CREO 4.
DIP Card Reader Bracket Tamper proof design – Tamper proof bracket for DIP Card Reader. Modification of bracket as countermeasure for tampering and vandalism.
Universal Barcode Reader 2.5 (Slim Imager) – Replacement of UBAR 2. Creates UBAR housing (plastic) using CREO 4.

PROJECTS INVOLVE:
Pick and Place Robot Arm – Replacement of X and Y pneumatic cylinders. Responsible on the creation of all the Mechanical designs from the base, arm and pick up unit.
4 Cylinders Resin Apply Machine – New type of Resin apply machine. Responsible on all the aspect of the project, from mechanical, electrical, programming up to assembly and testing.
Automated Tray Washing Machine – Integration of conveyor, housing with spray and hand drying machine.
2 Cylinders Resin Apply Machine – Bonding machine using resin for Camera micro actuator parts. Responsible on all the aspect of the project, from mechanical, electrical, programming up to assembly and testing.
Heat Welding Machine – Bonding machine by melting plastic parts to actuator housing. Responsible on all the aspect of the project, from mechanical, electrical, programming up to assembly and testing.
