Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receipt, distribution and tracking of documents in order to facilitate document control functions in compliance with project procedures.
Perform the necessary administrative requirements and procedures of the document control for the project in order to implement the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) system/Wrench.
Generate EDMS-Wrench Register Weekly and Monthly Reports highlighting the status to the Engineering Manager in order to support adherence to Project schedules.
To maintain and archive hard and soft copies of all technical and non-technical documents, contract, post-contract drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings in order to comply with HLG’s standards on project documentation.
Issue the list of overdue submittals and RFI's which are not replied by the consultant to the concerned department and person for action.
Coordinate with all concerned departments for all related document control issues.
Monitor the operation of the Expedition (Premavera) Version 8.59 System and Document Track System software and coordinate with IT Department in case of any break down.
To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Project Managers, Constructions Managers and Project Team in order to limit use of the time on administrative tasks.
Occasional drafting of correspondence, memos.
Supervise the implementation of new office systems and procedures.
Perform other duties and special tasks as assigned.
Worked in Fauziya Maternity and Nursing as Computer Operator for 8 Months.
Worked with Hina Shipping Clearing Coaching Pvt. Ltd. as a Computer Operator. For 2 years.
