Utility Assets: Water (500 miles of Distr. Pipes) + Wastewater (100 miles of Collection Pipes) + one Water Treatment Plant (22 MGD) + 33 Sewage Pump Stations

Overseen NMB Water’s contract with Jacobs, looking for the agreement compliance in full. I review, comment and approve invoices submitted by Jacobs for several planning, design and construction Work Orders. Additionally, as part of the contract, I vetted and commented several plans/documents that Jacobs developed for the Program, as the Procurement Plan, Asset Management Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Management Change Request Plan, among others. I oversight the use of the R-R budget and look for the prudent utilization of the funds; review and makes corrections to the RR letters drafted for expenditures beyond Jacobs’ threshold of authority. Additionally, I’m responsible for the interaction, coordination and communication with City’s officials regarding NMB Water’s issues. Represents NMB Water at the PUC and City Commissions meetings. As part of that responsibility I present, prepare, vet, revise and/or comment all Utility’s resolutions and/or Ordinances that will be presented to the Commissions.
