** Analyse the root cause for In-house quality issues and provide immediate corrective action for the problem.

** Raw Material and Sub Assembly Parts Material testing and validation control

** Conducting Management Review Meeting

** Ensure whether the final product meets the Quality requirements for the customers.

** Raise Non-Conformance report and discuss in meeting.

** Provide training for the inspectors and the operators whenever necessary and document it.

** Engineering Changes and Layout Inspection

**Responsible for Reduction of in-process rework and rejection through kaizen implementation
