Responsible for the administration of a $323M Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) bridge effort for the T-45TS. Very skilled at managing cost, schedule and technical performance of the contract by developing, administering and executing a detailed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), quad charts for briefing, and associated briefs that provide the DIPTL T-45TS with a path forward and program status. Responsible for the administrating, preparing and coordinating all funding requirements for the Contract Line Items (CLIN), and preparing the monthly briefs of the Contract Fund Status Reports (CFSR) with the DIPTL and Level II ITPLs for T-45. Interface with CNATRA, DCMA Comptroller and various T-45 IPTs for coordinating their inputs for placing requirements on the contract. I initiate all Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) providing funding to the vendor for all CLS and have also solely developed and am maintaining a tracking matrix to ensure the accurate and timely transfer of all CLS funds for the DIPTL.

The update covered a follow-on Corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). As a direct result of managing these three contracts, I utilized the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to input PID/MIPR information for various T-45 contracting actions. Participated in and coordinated all PPCs to review the acquisition strategy (AS), documentation and acquisition schedule (IMS). Coordinated the review and signature of the Procurement Planning Agreement (PPA) for each effort. Participated in and coordinated all PPCs to review the acquisition strategy (AP/ASR), plan of actions and milestones (POA&M), acquisition program baseline (APB) documentation, researching and briefing the Statutory and Regulatory documentation such as Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADM) and Acquisition Decision Reviews (ADR). As a result of all paper materials becoming digital I coordinated an electronic filing convention to maintain all documents in an electronic library that will be located on the program share drive as well as the NAVAIR Technical Library.
