Duties & Responsibilities.

Managing projects from conception, execution through to completion.

Coordination with Clients, Architect, Civil, Mechanical Engineers, Planning Engineer and Safety officer on various site and design related issues.

Responsible for inspection, verification and supervision of all, finishing work, site development

Handling client’s comments and address as needed, including making modifications and recommending alternatives, if needed for value engineering.

Responsible To lead the Project Quality function as Quality In charge and also responsible for team members reporting to this role

To establish and implement Project Quality Plan for the project for all major contractors and major activities.

Ensure all incoming materials of civil, finishing of client, contractors are inspected and Accepted / Rejected and conduct pre-dispatch inspections at factory as per requirement.

To ensure In-process Inspection of all construction activities at project sites are done as per agreed methodology, RFI and sampling plan.

To prepare site specific method statements, Inspection and Test plans, Checklists and formats required to carry out the job effectively.

Issuing of Non-Compliance Notice & Follow up for NCN compliance.

Provide design clarifications, corrections or amendments if required as per the site conditions or as required by the contractor for execution of works.

Provide technical support during installation and start-up of projects, ensuring multidiscipline engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs.

Review and approval of Material submittals, Material delivered at site, Shop drawings, Samples, Method Statement, RFI’s other documents submitted by the contractor, for compliance with the contract documents and the design intent.

Develop and maintain all documents like WPR, MSR, DPR, Quality report, Milestone report, technical data sheets, drawing logs, Test & Inspection Reports.

Review the project program submitted by the contractor, monitoring & managing progress in relation to this program to make sure projects were completed per estimates.

Evaluation Certification of bill of quantities & payment submitted by the contractor with respect to completion of finishing work, site development activities.
