Elected Chairperson of the Body Corporate at a time that the complex was bankrupt and on the brink of collapse. Over the course of nine years ran the Body Corporate as a business. Set objectives, worked out a budget, secured the right team and shared vision with all stakeholders. After 9 years, we made essential repairs, achieved two building makeovers, installed CCTV systems and had over R250 000 in savings.
