Coordinating the erecting and dismantling off scaffolding in a safe and cost productive way on site of 4 different scaffolding companies for the installation of piping and mechanical equipment and thermal insulation and cladding .Attending meetings between the client and sub contractor’s giving feedback on progress and any safety matters that might arise.

Scaffolding Coordinator

Responsible for 4 different sub-contractors and +- 250 personnel’s safety, timekeeping and keeping progress reports on the work fronts and scaffolding.

Conducted daily safety talks and inspections with client ensuring the safety of sub-contractors with no incidents or injuries to all.
Removal of scaffolding from site was behind when I stared and by the end of the contract we were 2 weeks ahead of schedule and commissioning of the plant was in full progress by the time I left.
