INDUSTRY 4.0 APPROACH FOR PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION USING ARM AND LABVIEW. (06/2019 - 05/2020)
Project demonstrates the improvement in process of a typical industry line up along with smart sensors and a wireless communication protocol. Sensors and communication act as nervous system of any industry of the future so here we worked upon the same and made a considerable amount of advancement and established CAN communication protocol. Process modeling is done using LabVIEW cDAQ module. Successful installation of NI-DAQmx which allowed us to develop instrumentation, acquisition & control applications. Process parameters such as flow, level,temperature are monitored and controlled by using YFS 201 Water flow sensor, float switch, LM 35 respectively. With the built-in web server in LabVIEW we have successfully completed the web publishing which enables features like publishing data, sharing data, remote control, distributed execution over internet. Health Monitoring of Patient using Internet of Things (IoT). (01/2019 - 04/2019) Our project aims at developing a system which gives body temperature using DHT11 sensor & heart rate, respectively. These sensors are interfaced with nodemcu controller board. Wireless data transmission done by Wi-Fi module. ESP8266 is used for wireless data transmission on IoT platform - Blynk so that patient health can be monitored from anywhere on smartphone over internet. Data visualization is done on Blynk.
