Successfully led the set-up of the Manila Centre from Day 1, with a promising target savings of €700k per year
Over-all responsible from Offshoring to General Management of the Santa Fe Relocation Shared Service Centre with over 100 FTEs, supporting Finance processes covering Accounting-to-Reporting (ATR), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections for Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East countries; Group Finance tasks (Headquarters); Move Management (Operations) & Billing for Asia Pacific; Expense Management for EMEA and APAC accounts; and Technology IT groups that provide global service support.
All processes live and operational on the 2nd – 3rd year from the formal launch date in April 2017
Delivered the implementation of the DOCUWARE system that provided repository and workflow automation in Finance AP process for Europe and APAC; partnered with the IT Project team and external Docuware consultants
Signed off Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project with proven Performance Metrics implementation and improved results (comparison of baseline and current sigma level) for Expense Management processes (APAC and EMEA accounts), with 28% upfront FTE headcount efficiency and streamlined workload across towers
