Job Responsibilities:

Presently responsible for erection, commissioning, automation & trouble shooting for all type of Boiler (Instrumentation and process related problems) and reviewing of instrumentation design document like CLCS, OLCS, IO LIST, PID for upcoming projects and also the responsible for DCS FAT and P.G test for all the boilers supplied by ISGEC.

Also support C & I Site Engineers for shot out different type of Project related problems. Help them to do the loop tuning, Burner sequence checking, help to cross check the Engineering Calculations like Density correction for flow/level measurements, orientation of flow elements, any Hook Up related problem etc.

Recently developing a standard CLCS, OLCS, Sequence, BMS logic for all type of boilers, and also review the P & ID for value engineering, compare the BMS PID as per NFPA.

Previously (from 2007 to 2010) working as Instrumentation In charge (site) for the Boiler and responsible for entire installation. Dealing with client, contractor and coordinate with HO. Planning for erection Schedule as-per targeted date and material availability and clearance of font. Cold and hot loop checking, calibration of all field instruments like control valves, Transmitters, checking the hook-up with Material detail. Hydro test of Impulse line/air leakage test for low pressure line, checking the field Instrument Tags ferrule and lug detail, Location of Junction Boxes, cable rooting Calibration checking of local monitoring Instruments like Gauges, Switches .Preparation of Protocols and making other documentation like weekly, Monthly progress report,SAR etc.

Overseas Project:

Similar Projects handled in overseas such as Sun car lose bio energy 1 x 45 Tph EPC biomass boiler for S.C.B.I (U.K.) in Philippines, 1 x 160 Tph & 30.4 MW EPC at Zambia for British Sugar UK & Illovo sugar RSA, 170 Tph boiler in Mumius Kenya, 150 Tph boiler CSS Senegal, Aldabaran Spain (1 x 30 Tph, wood chip fair boiler).

Domestic Project:

Worked as Instrumentation in charge Engineer in erection and commissioning of CFBC (Muri Hindal.Co 3 x 135 Tph), BFG faired (R.L.U.L, Kharagpur 1x35 Tph), stoker faired boiler (2 x 90 Tph, at Dwarikesh sugar.
