Follow up the joining formalities for the new joiners Checking the documents submitted by new employees and follow-ups for the pending documents.

Exit Formalities & Analysis:

One point contact for all resigned employees. Conducting Exit Interview and Exit Formalities.

Full & final settlement:

Preparing of F & F for Ex-employee’s/ Gratuity.

Contract labor management:

Managing the complete contract manpower planning lifecycle as per daily work plan of the Company. Coordinating with the various contractors to ensure to reduce shortages of manpower. Conducting preliminary interviews to ensure suitability of the candidates and check communication skills

Time Office Activities:

Ensure employee and contract labor coming to their duties as per their shift schedule or not. Checking all the registers on daily basis.

Administration:

Taking care of facilities management, premises set up, housekeeping, conference room booking, event coordination, Transportation updating communications.

Extra Knowledge: Raising of Purchase Order (PO) in FocusRT software.

Responsibilities

● Responsible for checking of employee’s attendance.

● Monthly staff EPF ECR Challan preparation/worksheet and processing online payments in EPFO Portal.

● Monthly staff ESIC challan preparation and online payments in ESIC portal

● Monthly PT record preparation as per the pay sheets.

● Preparation of attendance and checking of contract bills.

● Maintaining of all Employee Personal Files.

● Preparing Full & final settlement for left out employees

● Updating Training Files as per department.

● Managing VIP Guest and following their requirements.

● Responsible for maintaining security of the company.

● Preparing of SOP from Scratch of HR/Admin dept.

● Responsible for conducting Pest control program in the company in co-ordination with QA.

● To ensure that pest control service done in scheduled areas as per the frequency.

● Monitor the pest control program and provide suggestions to the service man.

● Monitor the entry and exit of employees and visitors and contractors, contract workers.

● Updating of SOP records on regular basis.

● Filing of training records, other employee related documents.

● Recruitment process.

● Coordinate with other head of departments relating to the HR activities.
