Supervised HSE Team (four safety officers), collecting daily HSE reports, analysing reports, and resolving the site issues by coordination with the Management.

Receiving the CAR (Corrective action reports) from the client(ADNOC) and distributing to team members for close out.

Giving instruction to HSE Team members for keeping more attention on critical activities.

Carry out work site surveyors on daily and weekly basis and report to Project manager.

Inspect tools and equipment arriving on site prior to issue, removing defective tools and replacing them with working items. Record the analyse accidents, injuries, damages and report to the QHSE Manager.
