Generate and submit on-line drilling permits, SWR 13 documentation & GAU forms for the Eagle Ford Field.
oBy submitting accurate forms to the TRRC it allows the permits to be approved and allows for wells to have six months of permitted wells in inventory. Inventory is important due to the changes that happen during the planning of a well. Rig issues, land issues problem well, landowner issues are all problem that could change the well schedule.
Gather data, complete & submit completion paperwork via the RRC on-line system
oFiling completion reports allows the TRRC to assign an allowable to the production. I also give the TRRC a record of what was done to the well and once approved, will be placed in there on line data base.
Monitor H2S volumes
oThe Eagle Ford Formation has sour gas. This gas is life threatening. By monitoring the wells of a quarterly basic we can determine if the H2S volumes are holding steady or may need to be invested as a rise in H2S may mean a hole in the casing. If the rising pressure is not check, it the H2S could reach the surface or the usable drinking water table.
Created Standard Operating Procedures policies for regulatory files
oHaving these procedures in place enable the analyst and the company that important filings can be handled while the analyst is on vacation or out ill.
Submit annual well test surveys using EDI format

Submit annual pipeline documentation
oVerifying the existing pipeline carry the same product(s) and adding any new pipeline to the permit.
