Collecting documentation preparing for Pension withdrawal.

Assisting employees to completeservice benefitforms for example Z864, Z894, Z125, etc.

Assisting beneficiaries to complete funeral benefit claim (Z300), Process and Fax to GEPF.

Assisting beneficiaries on completing spouse’s pension form (143) and advices to collect required documents.

Register exit employees to Pension via Email and Capture Pension withdrawals through GEPF on line using E-channel system.

Compile monthly report.
