o Client: Engineers India Ltd and Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. Responsibilities:

Project scheduling, planning and monitoring.

Preparation of monthly budget based on contract milestones.

Liaising with client’s representatives (Management Officials, Engineers and Surveyors) and attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

Monitoring of work progress, procurement and stock of material.

Coordination between Site Execution team and Higher Management.

Cost estimation and optimization of resource deployment.

Project profitability statement.

Preparation of Work Programs for completion of contract and to present it to the execution and management teams.

Preparation of client bills by quantity surveying.

Occasional preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, Excavation Profiles, Pour Plans etc.

Worked from Head Office (Kolkata) under the guidance of a project coordinator for liaising and report presentation.
