Performing Pipeline Stress analysis of Critical Systems in accordance with ASME B31.4, and B31.8 Code Requirements, using stress software (AUTOPIPE version 11.02) and define efficiently the layout and supports in order to provide enough flexibility to the Pipeline system.

Perform basic calculation such as Wall thickness, Upheaval Buckling and Road crossing calculation.

Responsible for preparation of Alignment sheet drawing, Typical and Crossing

Drawings.

Responsible for preparation of GA Drawings, Plan and Section details using AutoCAD.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing Pipe Stress analysis of Critical Systems in accordance with ASME B31.3, Code Requirements, using stress software (AUTOPIPE version 09.06) and define efficiently the layout and supports in order to provide enough flexibility to the piping system. Provide guidance to piping designers to develop efficiently the required documentation.

Preparing and maintaining cost-effective piping and pipeline standards.

Identifying the stress critical lines from the P&ID and line list as per the Stress Specification. Preparing the Stress Critical Line list.

Preparation, evaluation and review of pipe route analysis data, input of all design and operating conditions based on P&IDs, Line list, Material Specification, Equipment Vendor Drawing, Pipe fittings and other conditions.

Responsible for preparation and review of detailed static calculations of piping connected to high pressure vessels, air-coolers, shell and tubes exchangers, tanks, pumps, centrifugal/alternative compressors, turbines and etc.

Responsible for preparation and checking of dynamic analysis, modal shapes, PSV reaction forces, slug flow induced loads, vibrations and etc.

Responsible for identifying, calculating and design of suitable standard or special pipe supports.
