● Incoming Inspection of the all parts and Verification of the Inspection Reports.

● Weekly once conducting meeting with suppliers for incoming & inline issues and reviewing counter measures.

● PPM Target Calculation for Every month related to the Incoming parts and supplier.

● Child part relevant problems Root Cause Analysis

● Conducting process audit in supplier end and getting improvements from supplier

● Training to the Incoming inspectors for the Instrument Handling

● Co-ordination with the Supplier for the Critical Quality Problems.

● Monitoring the PDI parts to avoid customer complaints

● Co - operate with our customers to Provide good condition of parts

● Always implement the new ideas for 4M change and poke yoke approval

● Weekly once get supplier feedback for continuous improvement .

● Supporting 8D analysis and finding root cause analysis for customer issues
