P R O J E C T S

Project based on Mechanical Testing of Metals

The main purpose of this project is to know the Yield strength, hardness and fatigue strength of materials. Yield strength is Measured by tensile testing, hardness of material is determined by brinell,vickers and rock well hardness test and fatigue strength Is determined by fatigue test.

Project based on Gas Carburizing

The purpose of carburizing is to introducing of carbon into the surface Of low carbon steels. Gas carburizing is carried out in a gaseous atmosphere Containing CO and CH4. The gas dissociates catalytically at the hot steel Surface to generate elemental carbon atoms.

Project based on Manufacturing of engine valves

This project involves IC engine,it contains generally two types Of valves I.e inlet and exhaust valve. These valves are made by Forging and welding operations .Forging is done only for head Bars and stem bars these are joined by friction welding process.

ACHIVEMENTS

I participated in Carom board tournaments representing my school,2014

I achieved perfect attendance award in my diploma, 2015.

I participated in sports conducted by smruthi event, JNTU 2019.

I participated as a volunteer for technical event fest conducted by ayas 2020.
