ACHIEVEMENT

Completion of three months hardcore training in Korea successfully with Koreans which helped me to adopt any situations in process to take immediate action independently by adopting all the Korean work techniques and speed. I was a key person in Hyundai engineering plastics India pvt ltd by establishing Lab setup, factory installation, plant improvements and growth, purchase of raw materials, mechanical equipment, packing materials, production planning and control, quality management and system implementation in processes and was a good leader by motivating the workers to get higher production from 150 tons to 2300tons per month with very limited man power utilization in the long run for about 6 years with Korean concept, techniques and management, it was a great achievement as per my experience.
