As an ambassador agent, I worked in a high-volume call center. I reserved vacations at timeshares as well as hotels. I spoke with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences. As well as sell and coordinating transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities. As an agent, I advised clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities. MY job included collecting payments, booking travel arrangements, and making sure clients pay their application fees in regards to their timeshares.

Instructed ages 18 months and up (The oldest I have taught is 79 years old) the basics of swimming such as strokes and breathing techniques. As a high school student, I worked in this rehabilitation center for hours toward my CNA Certification. My mentor/high school nursing teacher allowed me to work as a receptionist and work under a CNA at this center.
