September 2011-current – Employed as a store manger for Dollar Tree- Fredericksburg, VA Supervise 15 people including 2 full time assistant managers and a part time assistant manager. Responsible for overall operation of a 1.5 million dollar store.
May 1998-January 2011- Employed as a Service manager for Culligan Water – Fredericksburg, VA Supervise 8 people in a retail/service environment including service technicians and delivery drivers. Responsible for entire operation of store on a daily basis. Responsible for inventory control of supplies, loading of delivery drivers, and service technicians, along with operating a retail store on a daily basis. Responsible for all ordering of supplies and any products necessary to operate our store. Certified forklift driver. Operated forklift to load product onto bottled water delivery truck. Held accountable for warehouse conditions at all times. Also responsible for all training and development of service technicians and delivery driver.
