Abstract : The design of the project have been done by using Limit state method.All external walls are of 230mm thick,Internal walls are of 115mm thick.Height of each floor is 3m

(except indoor).The focus on the study is to plan,Design & Analysis of a Resort.The project consists of Two classic rooms,Administrative Building(G+1), Conventional hall and bar(G+1),Indoor,Gym,Five Deluxe rooms,Three suit rooms.The main aim of this project is providing fun adventure and unique for people.

Geometric details: Ground floor : 12 feet ; Floor to floor height. : 12 feet Height of plinth : 0.6 ; Depth of foundation. :500mm Materials concrete grade :M20 ; Grade of steel : Fe415 Bearing capacity of soil : 200KN/M2
