Prepare and present pharmacy-related data to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee-including ADR, ADE, narcotic discrepancy, and other pertinent data.
Review and update all medication management and pharmacy-related policies and medication protocols for presentation and approval at the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
