Provide administrative advice to the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Officer, and Senior Advisors in all administrative matters that affected the overall mission of the organization. Capitalize on analysis of current procedures and propose adequate changes of current procedures to effectively impact and improve administrative organization requirements, while advising the organization’s leadership of the most effective manner of personnel management in order to optimize performance. Key Accomplishments:

Effectively developed internal control procedures, resulting in execution of processing over 5000 entry level service members through their initial military specialty training.
