Skills
Excellent skills when working as part of a team which I displayed through group assessment work at university where cooperation was crucial for the task’s success, as well as my internship, where I worked on interventions which resulted in the aid of trauma struck children affected by the Australian bushfires of 2019/2020.
Attention to detail, for both the physical and emotional/mental, is apparent within my day-to-day job as well as was essential for my university development and completion. Within my working life it is essential to analyse client’s current emotional moods, be aware of any fluctuations in said moods and be mindful of any persistent mood changes from their norm.
Working with a variety of different demographic peoples is something that I have been constantly exposed to and thus associated skills have been refined. Australia is a very multi-cultural country and the regions I reside in and have studied/worked in are no different. It is for this reason why being open minded, accepting and conscious of others cultural, racial, religious and personal backgrounds is important.
Use of analysis software for over six years. Using programs such as word, excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Kinovea for analysis of data, clients, reporting on data and creation of reviews/presentations for project leads to review.
Collaboration with other allied health professionals has been apparent in my university and working life. With constant contact with other professionals of other areas being a mindful aspect of my assessments, both practical and theoretical, to provide the client with the best service and outcome.
Safety checks and constant vigilance of a situation is apparent in my work life where assessment of the current exercising area is essential to avoid any potential hazards, as well as assessing the clients physical form, which is essential for safe exercise delivery. Assessment of client’s current cognitive focus during said exercise and utilising verbal prompts to aid in the direction of said focus is also something that is evident and necessary within my working environment.
Ability to critically analyse situations, which I have refined through my studies at the University of Canberra and actively applied to my workplaces and everyday life is an essential component to every work place. Critical thinking/analyses is one of my strongest traits, where evaluation of the scenario, issue or person is essential to high quality, safe and educated outcomes.
Calm and collected under times of intense pressure/emergency, which I have displayed through medical emergencies, resulting in the saving of a friend’s life.
Excellent time management skills are constantly demanded of me on a daily basis, with the organisation of multiple workplaces, university campus locations and personal social settings, requiring daily tasks to be planned and completed.
Respectful to fellow co-workers and authorities, which I have displayed through my engagement with both teaching staff and students at the University of Canberra along with engagement with co-workers/clients at my workplaces, ensuring everyone is comfortable within the working environment and respecting everyone’s opinions and viewpoints.
Ability to work independently, make educated and informed decisions at a moment’s notice, which is constantly demanded of me at my workplace, both previous and current, as well as within my university life during independent tasks and assessments.

Additional notes:
I am currently seeking a sponsor for my E3 visa. The process to obtain this visa is one of the most time efficient, cheapest, and easy visas to sponsor someone for. To make things easier, I have an immigration lawyer willing to assist throughout the entire process. If you deem me an appropriate candidate for this position, but are hesitant due to the visa, I would love to discuss it further over email/video call to discuss details, or you can feel free to email my immigration lawyer for any questions.
