Managed the gathering and analyzing logistical system requirements for designing custom solutions for Yusen using Mercury Gate TMS Platform for Transportation 3PL. I managed Implementations on six Software enhancement projects, with X12 EDI mapping 210, 214, 410, 810, 850, 855, 990, Warehouse Management System (Manhattan Scale 2016) using Waterfall & Agile Methodology, 6 project duration was 6 to 18 months in length with managed budgets total spend $56k to $8M. At Sierra Army Depot Herlong, Ca. I executed the Statement of Work for Foreign Military Sales Project for Israeli Defense Force. This initial project involved 108 M978A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck Tankers HEMTT. Maintenance Management (Afghanistan) (Mar 2012 – March 2014)

I was responsible for Honeywell and MCLC forward for all aspects of Maintenance Management operations for garrison equipment with 21 direct report a teams of diverse maintenance specialists, in support of U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command efforts to provide Overflow Maintenance Services (OMS) support for US Marine Corps forces at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. Advised team of lead mechanics, and maintenance personnel. Monitors maintenance management programs, policies, and procedures. Analyzes maintenance and maintenance management functionality to ensure effective management of equipment, and other materials. Daily duties include controlling costs and maintaining schedule milestones of the daily operation for the maintenance department. Team maintained a 97% readiness rating using Honeywell Operating systems Process improvement initiatives on 210 Marine Corps Assets. Administrated the induction of MCLC Refresh/ Refurb Program for extending the life cycle of Marine Corps equipment.
