Education Director

Dear Republic Hiring Committee,

I am the ideal candidate for your State and Federal Programs Associate. I have two years of direct experience as a Title I Director/ Principal. I reviewed the responsibilities for the position and I have experience in 98% of the responsibilities. I have experience using MCAPS, SAMS and PowerSchool. I have experience downloading and filing the monthly reimbursement files. As the principal of the Oakley Youth Development Center, I had to take on the dual role as principal and Federal Programs Director. We worked hand in hand with the Mississippi Department of Education to make sure that our federal funding was properly accredited.

I share your view of that all children in Mississippi can achieve at high levels and change the world.
