Mission Statement:

I am seeking full time employment in a progressive health care environment where professional ethics, integrity, and compassion are optimal standards. I bring advance education and extensive experience from a variety of therapy delivery models including skilled care, home health, school system, and in-patient acute/rehabilitation settings. I offer strong evaluative and diagnostic skills, in addition to creative treatment and innovative program planning skills. I have provided supervisory guidance for COTA’s and multi-disciplinary team contribution, and clinical directorship/management experience.

November 2015- Current : UPMC Horizon Home Health. Home based evaluation and treatment of acute clients with broad spectrum diagnosis.

October 2014- September 2015: Heritage- Health PRO in skilled care setting. Responsible for evaluating/treatment of gereatric clients in both short term rehabilitation and long term capacities. Supervision of COTA’s
