PROJECT: Replacement of HSK & HCK Compressor and Steam Turbine & Upgrade, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start up works at Ruwais Refinery (East) During Turn Around 2020

My Responsibilities:

Submission of project Quality related document to Client (ADNOC).

Inspection and verified of Incoming materials with supporting documents.

Monitoring of proper usage of welding consumables.

Ensuring that the work is carried out as per Standards, Drawing, maintaining quality and safety

Witnessing and surveillance of Blasting & Painting activities like surface profile, WFT/DFT Adhesion test, Salt Contamination Test, etc.

Ensuring calibration of precision tools and equipment are current prior to use.

Ensuring that corrective action is carried out to rectify any deficiencies identified by the quality assurance program.

Handling all Quality documents and activities in Shutdown.

Preparing & Submission of Final document to Client (ADNOC).
