I represent the Command on Behavioral Health prevention matters at designated Marine Corps and civilian/community functions. I am primarily responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day implementation and administration of marine corps behavioral health prevention, education and awareness programs/initiatives for military members and their families. I conduct prevention education courses in both a classroom setting and or a public setting. Education topics include but are not limited to: anger management, stress management, child abuse, domestic violence, teen relationships, healthy relationship, parenting/co-parenting, and life skills education. I develop and implement behavioral health prevention education and training curriculum based on specific and measurable learning objectives. I assess the needs of, coordinate, administer, and evaluate behavioral health services for participants and families/caregivers of the WRAP Around program.
