Marcus Gert Sebothoma with ID NO. 910-***-**** 082 has been known to me and in my care, suffering Clear Eye Sight a well-recognized neurologic condition characterized by episodic, spontaneous involuntary closure of the eyes, rendering this individual partially sighted with the equivalence of no light perception vision during these unpredictable periods of variable duration and frequently. In evaluating the visual compromise in this individual who suffered from clear eye sight;

Additional circumstances makes this an even more compromising disorder:

They can read the top 4 lines of an eye test chart at 6 meter, but their field of vision is moderately or severely restricted.

Since this patient is patiala sighted at other times due to

"squinted," constricted visual fields; and completely blind at others, most of the compensatory mechanisms usually well- developed in many partially sighted individuals are lacking, thus causing an even grater functional impairment.

By attempting to maintain eyelid owning by physical means such as chronic, brow elevation and manual separation of the eyelid, this patient often develops dry eye and poor quality tear films, causing glare and dazzle which further impairs vision. Declaration of authority. I declare that the patient mentioned above is Partially Sighted as 'a person who can see more than someone is blind, a fully sighted person'.
