FWHM Calculator

• Lead a team of 3 Data Analysts to design and implement a data pipeline in MATLAB using curve fitting toolbox to fit gaussian functions over MR data and extract the Full Width Half Maximum, thus decreasing the time taken by 3x over manual entry method (ORIGIN-LABS SOFTWARE).

• Developed visualization dashboards for plotting scatterplots and displaying the FWHM and reported tables for extracted output for analysis in the lab.

Slack-Like API Server

• Developed an API server on AWS EC2 using Golang, SQL, Node.js, and docker for creating a Slack-like interface, capable of handling up to 50 QPS with signup, user search, public channels, and private channels features.

• Developed an algorithm for username, first name, last name prefix search features using a Trie data structure reducing the runtime to linear O(n).

• Integrated MySQL as the application backed warehouse for signup, login, messages, and user profiles functionality. Flight Database Management System

• Developed and maintained a flight management system to view, book, edit, and cancel flights using Java and SQL.

• Implemented the application using a Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) application program interface (API) with a Microsoft Azure SQL Server database, ensuring easy data migration.

• Developed an algorithm to implement the SQL transactions to guarantee ACID (Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, and Durability) properties. Hence guaranteeing validity of the database in the events of collisions, errors, etc. SKILLS & INTERESTS
