(BIBA, RANGRITI)

- Head of Department for Retail Store design and execution for all brands BIBA, BIBA Girls and Rangriti PAN INDIA and for franchisee stores abroad

- New Template design inclusive of fixtures for all formats EBO, FOFO, MBO, SIS so that the store looks in trend keeping the capex guardrails

- New Template design for Rangriti done with sampling and value engineering for fixtures, interior finishes and complete material board. The capex for the same is under evaluation for cost optimization so that the format is more scalable

- Work on Store Renovation projects with tighter timelines

- In house design for Footwear fixture, Airport Fixtures, Bottom wear fixture

- In house design of Biba Girls format along with new fixture design and complete store interiors within capex and timelines

- Evaluate the maintenance cost proposed by the Operations team for their stores and conduct audits. Have various projects of lux enhancement for existing stores along with basic store hygiene for store interiors and façade under process

- Work on Energy saving project to optimize the opex bills

- Lead a team of 7 architects as all design drawings are generated in-house along with PO issue

- Adhere to TAT of 28 days for store fit out along with snag rectification before Operations hand over

- Lead Design and Projects Coach for Franchisee Partners for India and Area Countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives)- Devyani International Limited, Sapphire Foods, Gamma International, Travel Food Services, HMS Host, Transcomm Foods

- Conducting design and built workshops with Franchisee partners so that the Global design template is downloaded to them in one forum and brainstorm on various finishes

- Conducted the first ever BUILT SMARTER workshop with all franchisee partners to optimize the capex by 20%

- Ensuring the consistency of furniture fixtures, lighting, props, graphic treatment across the franchisee and signing off on their vendor development

- Worked on material boards for various formats, their Capex and Opex costs for all formats of Dine –In, Pizza Hut Delco (PHD), Fast casual Delco

(FCD) and Express Formats for the brand

- Closely working with the Operations and Marketing team to evaluate the customer experience for the brand

- Worked on 120 plus new store design across formats and 100 plus renovation design to upgrade the store design for partners

- Worked for the South India Zone onbrands KFC and Taco Bell in interior store design using the template for 30 stores

- Conceptualized and designed the brand templates on an yearly basis

- Designed 4 multiplexes and 2 bowling alleys (Blu-O) across India for the brand in collaboration with International and local design firms
