working as a Sr. Engineer on project "ELYSIA" kharadi Pune. RCC work in Aluform shuttering and Finishing work upto building possession handling 02building as a building incharge ( 4P+ 28 Floors)

Responsibilities:-

Inspection of various construction activities finishing as well as RCC & Aluform shuttering.

Maintaining the DPR and DMR for extracting the labor productivity.

Making Schedule of activities regarding handover of Building coordinated with project Manager,General Manager and Vice president.

Finalization of work orders for subcontractors coordinated with Estimation Department.

Finishing : Italian Marble/granite,Gypsum plaster, sand plaster,painting Internal and external, Door frame fixing, Door shutter fixing .

working was a Sr. Engineer on project DSK DREAM CITY PUNE. RCC work in Aluform shuttering and handling 3 buildings RCC ( 2P+ 26 Floors) 5 Lack Sq.ft. with podium to 7th slab work.

Previous project was DSK Aanandghan at DSK Vishwa, Pune. Handled 3 buildings RCC ( P+ 12 Floors) 3.3 Lack Sq.ft. with podium and Block work was in progress. Responsibilities:-

Execution & Supervision on RCC Works, Block work, Plaster & other civil related works.

Assist to Project manager for Project monitoring, Project scheduling, Material requirement as per plan, contractor finalization, billing & other office related documentation.

To evaluate the quantities of steel and require bulk Materials according to drawings.
