Currently supervising construction of Monroe NC expansion including 20,000 sq. ft. two-story expansion of office building, 4,800 sq. ft. loading dock, and 10,000 sq. ft. for demo office space, new production floor ($30 Million dollar budget)

Supervised construction of the Miramar FL expansion 2017-18; Class I Division II hazardous block house for new fuel product

Created and implemented the standard practices and design for the MRO facilities/buildings. Relocated Ohio and New Jersey facilities to the North Carolina facility.

Supervised construction of 2 MRO facilities in Dubai UAE. Managed $10.2 million budget, all contractors including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masons, sheetrock, fire system, IT, etc.

Supervised construction of MRO facility in Brazil. Managed $12 million budget, all contractors, provided logistics for packing and receiving test equipment, benches, etc. and designed compressors, chillers, and Autoclave for the business.

Designed and built a 50,000 square foot expansion on the existing North Carolina facility. Managed budget of $4.2 million dollars and completed at $3.8 million and 2 months ahead of schedule.

Reduced OSHA recordable injuries by 100% through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and by addressing issues through the EHS management systems.

Managed multiple consolidations of the MRO businesses, globally, to North Carolina, Brazil, and Dubai from Florida, California, Texas, North Dakota, Ohio, New Jersey, and Minnesota.

Implementation of TPM/PM programs reduced the downtime and increased on-time delivery of products to the customer with the inventory of critical spares. This increased out equipment up-time to 95%.

Increased annual savings by 14% through negotiation of contracts with vendors and through outsourcing maintenance.
