Description: Wells Exchange was a service that enabled Wells Fargo’s customers to execute Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions through a web service interface. This service allowed a Wells Fargo customer to interface directly with the FX Web Services or partner with a Client Service Provider (CSP, such as a software vendor) to enter into Foreign Exchange contracts with Wells Fargo Bank and to settle those contracts. Send a SOAP 5.0 envelope over HTTPS to a predetermined URL through the client application. The SOAP envelope contained a single XML request, WS-Addressing in the SOAP Header, and formatted IFX/ XML in the SOAP Body. A session was created for every request and the session was closed upon the transmission of the response by Wells Exchange.
