-Problems: Initially, during the stabilization of the process, the number of exceptions were extremely high (5000 invoices in the exceptions)

-Solutions: Identified that a particular team should handle the exceptions from that very particular day and a separate workflow tool is also created to handle these exceptions

Implemented a tool called “Workmate” which eases the tracking mechanism of the exceptions

Result: Receiving great appreciation from the client (Especially from the CFO of our client) when we made the exception value from 5000 to 60 within a span of 7 months
