(Feb 2005 till 2014)

Functional responsibilities

Conducting meetings on updates from the clients, maintain turn-Around-Time of documents, gathering information’s on medical terminology, transcription references, words, sample reports, new term, drug.

Community of MT’s - comprises of different levels of operations including processing files, quality analysis of Sister concern documents.

To determine the exact nature of problems and providing for End –users and support.

Providing expedient error corrections & solutions whilst working on projects in a variety of support & development roles.

Team responsibilities

Good aptitude for understanding new technologies and bring them into practice.

A good team player with ability to lead a team by example and motivate them to achieve desired objectives.

Performs the QC.

Reports– structure, function and performance issues of various tools used in data review to the seniors /managers

Involves in training new team members

Qualification

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), (2011) securing 60% average
