Conduct QFL2 final inspection for fully built buses and releasing report on time.

Conducting Homologation /code list audit in buses periodically.

Conduct Pre Delivery inspection (PDI) of end product vehicles before sending to dealers, report generation and NC closure.

Conducting concern Resolution meeting meetings with cross functional team for streamlining the end product quality

Responsible for reduction of FI & PDI DPU

To Analyze the root cause, coordinating with both the supplier and engineering to get permanent solution for in-house and field failures

Preparing MIS (management information system) publish on monthly basis

Training and evaluation for the BCA s/Engineers

MES implementation in End of Line

Analysis of Defect Trend Root Cause Corrective action for ICA & PCA.

Responsible for IPV/QG/FI/Product audit/Problem resolution of Backhoe Loaders
