KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and comments given in the SPIR form which we received from vendors.
Review and preparing of Manufacturer Record Book (MRB) for Final handover to client.
Preparation of As-built drawings with the help of complete Red Line Mark-up drawings which we received from construction team.
Maintaining of various registers which affects the projects schedule (includes TQ, Technical deviation, PAN, Scope Change Order, DCN, Variation, etc.).
Tracking the status of Design Review and HAZOP closeout sheet.
Assigning document number for vendor documents as per company standard.
Receive engineering documents / Vendor documents electronically & manually, acknowledge and register accurately on day to day basis.
Ensure the appropriate numbers are used in the correspondence and transmittal in accordance with the approved project procedure.
Responsible for the efficient log of technical documents (Drawings, RFI, Calculation, Specification, etc.,) and distribute as per the document distribution matrix.
Maintain the Document Control system using PDMS, FTP Server and transmitting to design/vendor/client as applicable company standard.
Generating pending document reports weekly and follow-up with client / consultant for document approval and follow-up with vendor to expedite document submission.
Ensure the latest controlled technical documents issued to the construction team.
Return the reviewed/approved documents to the concerned and update the status in the log.
Monitor due items and send follow up letters and periodically provide reports (Log Reports, Status Reports) to the Project Engineers, QA/AC Manager.
Day to day document control works including setting up folder structures, scanning, uploading & retrieving documents, conversion of document file formats, approvals & Revisions & managing hard copy document library & archives. EXPERIENCE DETAILS IN INDIA:
Worked as a Civil Site Engineer in Immanuel & Co., Tuticorin from March 2016 to Feb 2017. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities and resolving problems.
Supervise sub-contractors and other labour works.
Attending meetings and discuss project details with clients, contractors, asset owners and stakeholders.
