Managerial Responsibilities:
Around 9.5 years of experience in Project & Facility Management and Administration works in this includes (Managing Office staffs and Office facility related jobs like M&E, HK, Security, vendors & cafeteria services), Technical & Soft services Support.
Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing level, to ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff.
Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, housekeeping, maintenance, catering, waste disposal and parking.
Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life cycle requirements.
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Prepare and track facility budget, monitor expenses and payments.
Generate and present reports and review of facility related documents regularly.
Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants. Project Management:
• Completed Wedge Project (10,000 Sq.Ft) of Rs 5 Crore worth & Initiated Ground Plans for Terrace Project (30000 Sq.Ft) at GE BE India. Handled various scopes like civil & MEP Activities & Completed within stipulated time.
Finished Office Refurbishment Project (30,000 Sq.Ft) of Rs 3 Crore worth in 6 Months of time at Invitrogen Bio Services as Planned.
Devised in Installation of Primary–secondary-condenser loops in chilled water system with Siemens’s BMS with Carrier Air-Cooled chillers in Energy center under BOUYGUES BATIMENT INTERNATIONAL in QATAR PETROLEUM DISTRICT.
Soft Services (Facilities):

Monitoring daily works like cleaning of work locations, cabins and main areas. Page 2
Ensure cleanliness in office premises & Deep cleaning activity over the weekends.
Purchasing H/K materials and inventory management.
Conducting briefing daily and checking all the staff for grooming standards. Technical Services (Engineering):
Responsible for Operations and maintenance of Electro-Mechanical equipment’s .
Maintenance and operations of HVAC systems, Diesel Generator systems.
Transformers, UPS systems, Elevators, Chillers, AHUs, Kitchen equipment’s.
HT, LT, Ventilation systems and Power distribution systems for facility.
Coordinated in Maintenance and operations of Fire hydrant systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers.
Coordinated in maintenance and operations of IBMS (Building Management System), Fire alarm systems, Public Addressing systems, Access control systems, and CCTV systems.
Responsible for all Preventive Maintenance works for the critical equipment’s in the facility and records management.
Coordinating with the vendors for Interiors and Infrastructural modification of the facility.
Responsible for Restrooms Urinal sensors operations, false ceiling and False flooring tiles.
Responsible for all Plumbing and carpentry works, maintenance of Facade and floor partition glasses.
AMC management system for all equipment.
Administration (Procurement):
Maintaining and procuring stationery and electrical and plumbing materials and maintaining the records of the consumption. Printing of visiting cards, letterheads, envelops inward and outward materials, Security receipts, visitor receipts, and any other card printings.
Ensure availability of stationary to all the employees.
Ensure minimum stationary & consumable stock to be maintained.
Every 15 days’ stationary & consumable material will be audited and cross verified. Helpdesk and Mail room process:
The activation of access cards and deactivation of the exit employees are done swiftly.
Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls.
The activation of each access doors are checked regularly with the help of BMS operators. Cafeteria operation & Vendor management:
Ensure that availability of food and snacks during nights.
Ensure that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the services area.
Menus are displayed on the notice board, and staffs are in full uniform.
Ensure that the quality and quantity of the food supplies are meeting the requirements.
Ensure that the Bain Marie Coil is in working condition if not take necessary actions. Page 3
Ensure all vendors are having Caps and hand gloves.
Ensuring the End user is satisfied with service. Value Added Services:
Getting Quote from the vendor as per the site requirement
Negotiating the price and getting the client approval for PR, PO process.
Filling and documentation of the work post completion.
Monthly vendor bills & Invoice processing.
Ensure finance team has to be clear all the bills and payment to the vendors.
MIS management, helping in SLA review.
Invoice Tracker updating along with payout details and reconciliation. Statutory and Legal Management (Govt official):
Co -Ordinate with Govt. officials for maintaining all building compliances up-to-date. Maintaining & Submission to all statutory documents and certificates pertaining to Hazardous Waste Management (Pollution control board and Electrical board) yearly and monthly to ensure review and renewal on time.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Coordinated Fire evacuation drill which conducted once in 6 months.
• In- house Mock drills, Fire safety, EHS & medical health checkup training arrangements for all staffs.
• HK staff grooming, Chemical usage & fire safety training, Maintenance team engineering equipment’s Basic operation trainings & security training arrangements etc. Initiatives:
