In my previous position as an Executive Personal Assistant, I was directly assigned to the Group CEO as well as other Executives of the various departments. My responsibilities included tender administration, which included processing of Government orders, minute taking, meting scheduling, booking hotels and flights, renting conference rooms, ordering catering for luncheons, sending executive correspondences, doing regular advanced PowerPoint Presentations. I also ran personal errands for all Executives, did the facilities management of the office, was the SHE Rep and Covid Compliance Officer. I had the 3 PA’s report to me, as well as the Receptionist, Driver and Cleaners.
