•Support Delta Airlines A330-200/300 interior reconfiguration program of (32) aircrafts for the floor covering(raceway /covers, carpet, galley mate, NTF, threshold, foaming padding, seat track/covers, etc), 1st class & economy class seat, EEPL, PSU, crew seats, monument, relocating lavatories rework/instl. Functional test plan, ELA, SSA, WB, Flammability test plan & report, structural substantiation & decompression analysis, DTA(damage tolerance analysis, etc for the substantiating the floor and the monocoque(on the floor beams) for the new configuration.
•Design and support 1st class cabin modification of Cathay Pacific Airlines B777-300ER aircrafts (24) including décor refresh of Boeing monuments, sidewalls, new bulkhead artwork on monuments, flooring(carpet, NTF), seat, curtain, rework/instl new Contour Zeus seats line fit for additional (5) aircrafts from Boeing, and work with HAECO/TAECO (MRO)to go through certifications in FAA & EASA. •Design & develop LED new lighting systems to replace fluorescent, incandescent & ordnance signs lighting systems on (16) Boeing 757-300 aircrafts of Delta Airlines. This retrofit program includes indirect ceiling (with night light capability), sidewall, over wing exit sign, doorway entry, entry threshold, flight attendant work, recessed ceiling, AFT galley, PSU reading, lav threshold, lav dome, & lav mirror etc. lighting systems.
