Planning, Client & Contractors Billing, Execution & reporting progress of all the construction activities of the 7th unit CHP site of 1000MTPH capacity for 300MW Power project at Durgapur Projects Limited, Durgapur. The main Structures here includes the construction of Track Hopper (210m length), Stacker Reclaimer, Crusher House, Reclaim Hopper, Sub-Station Buildings & the total Conveyor system for feeding coal to the bunker. Highest RCC works of girder slab had been executed under me at a maximum height of 55m from the ground level. My job includes the monitoring of all the civil job progress. I also learned & used Total Station (TS) for survey works at site.

Joined as a Graduate Trainee at Rampura Agucha (R.A Mines) Site of Hindustan Zinc Limited for the expansion work of Zn-Pb Beneficiary Plant construction at Bhilwara, Rajasthan which was a Fast Track Project & was completed in record time. Preparation of Project Budget, its approval from Management, Contract Finalization & Co- ordination of all the Civil, Structural & PEB works of various project sizes planned for the Factories within India mainly related to Capacity Expansion & up-gradation of the Battery Manufacturing Technology. In addition, various office renovation & interior works is also finalized & monitored within the current stay as on day. Job included Preparing Internal Budget, Contract Finalization within Budget & Monitoring of Project Construction activities by resourse mobilization based on the Project schedule & last but not the least to maintain the good cash flow for the project. Posted as Manager – Construction for Monitoring of Green Anode Paste (GAP) Plant – BALCO- Korba, GAP-3&4- VAL- Jharsuguda, 35 MTPH GAP- HIL- Mahan Aluminium- Singrauli, 52 MTPH GAP-HIL- Aditya Aluminium- Sambalpur & IPP & CPP for SEL & VAL- Jharsuguda, Paste Fill Project – S K Mines, HZL, 1 MTPA Coke Oven & By-Product Plant, Bhushan Power & Steel Limited, Sambalpur, External Water System for Rolling Mills at Bhilai Steel Plant).
