Schedule technicians to complete inspections that are due for our customer base. Inspections include annual, semi-annual and quarterly time frames. Inspections were completed for fire alarm, wet sprinkler, dry sprinkler, fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, fire pump, back flows and gate maintenance. Make sure technicians are documenting and completing the inspections properly. Make sure that deficiencies are listed in the report and that the customer receives a copy of the inspection report.
