In my previous position, I maintained a safe and organized work area as I inspected, repaired and maintained diesel engines, machinery and lifting equipment including load test repairs and preventative maintenance and servicing of diesel, gas and electrical machinery.

I handle problem solving well and work well independently, with very little oversight. I excel at diagnostics and overhauls and am familiar with the mechanics of diesel engines and safety protocols.

Experience Diesel Technician – BHBW – 2016 - 2020

Ensure all efficient and effective daily completion of the mechanical repairs, services and diagnostics of diesel, gas and electrical engines and lifting equipment/hydraulics. Complete complaint, cause and correction on job cards for sign off. Reporting any additional work required on machines to the Service Manager for proper safe operation by the customer. Account for all time worked and parts used in performing assigned tasks.

Parts Assistant – Dorning Motors – 2014 - 2015

Responsible for the inventory of parts. Prepare part requisitions. Issue parts received to open job cards as well as the replacement of job cards to mechanics. Customer liaising and resolving customer queries/enquiries efficiently. Courier liaising; receiving shipments/couriers from vendors and checking invoices or accuracy on a daily basis.
