Managed the requirements gathering of 2015 UAW changes for all the timekeeping and payroll applications. Better understanding of the requirements and an effective way of communicating the requirements (Visual Modeling) with the supplier partner helped us to complete these changes faster and reliable.
Led MOPAR Expansion project for HR & Payroll Applications. This was the first Project in our portfolio where all application changes were done under one roof. Having a good knowledge on the application landscape of HR &Payroll helped to validate the supplier partner’s artifacts and coach them to fill their functional and process gaps during the course of the project.
Performed the solution orchestration of HEIS Application that would help the employees to know about the pay shortages which would help us to reduce the pay shortages processing in the off-cycle pay run.
Performed the solution orchestration of Rate Adjustment module which helps the payroll team to enforce valid temporary rate adjustments for hourly employees. This solution was so quick and robust which helped to restrict the overpayments in the rate adjustment process.
Designed an automated approach of flexible holiday configuration for alternate work crew employees. This was a manual effort in the previous year which resulted with pay inaccuracy.
Provided guidance to the payroll business team to perform average shift calculation which helped to achieve the results without making any customization on the peoplesoft payroll.
Involved in a project to automate the Non Skilled Employee Referral process. This was a labor intense manual process. Worked with the business partners to understand the AS-IS Process and came up with an automated To-Be process which helped the business to save more 200 hours of manual work during every referral period.
Implemented an innovative, flexible reporting solution for external systems to access CATS database without compromising the security around PII data.
Helped the BRM to establish the priorities and align the IT priorities as per the business expectation.
